The French Toast Company was founded and is Co-Owned by Beckham Baffer and Justin Wallace. Both owners have brought their specific skill set together to bring the DMV a unique flair to a normally traditional breakfast item. As the Executive Chef of the company, Justin handcrafted every recipe from each of the fillings down to the batter itself.
Justin started his journey of making French Toast at a very young age and through trial and error he came up with Stuffed French Toast, their sole inspiration for the brand. Beckham is the CEO of the company and began his journey at a very young age, with a few tools, very limited skill and a young entrepreneurial spirit.
He continues his journey, with a higher level of experience and a larger tool chest at his disposal, utilizing that to run the day-to-day operations for French Toast. Together they bring you, hands down, the best French Toast in the world.
Their goal is very simple, and that is to bring their unique interpretation of French Toast by using the many variations that they offer to the DMV.
